Instructions for Using HowWasYourCare.com

1. On the Find Doctors tab, search for a physician by entering their name and/or specialty type and location (ZIP code or state and city).
2. Click the “Search” button.
3. A list of physicians matching your search criteria will be displayed.
4. Each physician's overall rating is displayed, as well as the number of patient satisfaction surveys that have been submitted. Click on the physician's rating to see more detailed information.
5. Click on the "Complete Survey" link to complete an online patient satisfaction survey.
